The consumer must also have taken reasonable care of the goods, and not have damaged the goods by using them in a way they were not meant to be used.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only on the first order.
The product must be returned within the 45 Day Money-Back Guarantee period.
Future orders, subsequent to the first order, are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process

Provide the details of:
Order number
Name used for the order
Purchase date
Reason for refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, and the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will include the product price it was purchased for.
Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exclusions
Products that are altered, faults caused by the consumer and accidental damage are not eligible for a refund.
