Shipping

We dispatch most orders within 1-3 business days from Melbourne, Australia. From time to time we may need to fulfil orders from our Brisbane location. It may take longer during busy periods but we will always do our best to get them out ASAP!

Orders are shipped with Australia Post and tracking updates are sent to your email address and/or phone number.  You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email/text message.

Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $120 for Australia.

Orders below $120 have a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping.

Express shipping is available if you need your parcel quickly and can be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $14.95.

NZ

Free standard shipping applies to orders over $150 NZD for New Zealand.  

Orders with a value of less than $150 NZD have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 AUD for standard shipping.   

Express shipping is available if you need your parcel quickly and can be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $25 AUD.

REST OF THE WORLD

Flat rate standard shipping fee of $25 AUD applies.  Please allow between 6-27 business days for delivery from shipment date for international orders.  Express post can be selected at checkout for a flat rate of $35.  DHL shipments can be arranged if you contact us at info@billieandbobbie.com.
