Returns Policy

We’re so glad you chose to shop with Billie + Bobbie! But if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help you get it sorted. Here’s everything you need to know about returns:

Return Shipping: If you decide to return your item, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Make sure to use a tracked service so you can keep an eye on it as it makes its way back to us. If the item does not reach us safely, Billie + Bobbie will not be held responsible.

Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee of $10 will be applied to all returns. This helps us get things ready for the next customer who will love it just as much as you!

Return Timeframe: We get it – sometimes things just don’t work out. You’ve got 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. After that, we won’t be able to accept it.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item needs to be in brand-new condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. If it's not in this condition, we won't be able to process the return. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method (minus the restocking fee and shipping costs). Refunds usually take about 2-5 business days to show up in your account.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and contact us to return the item you have.  Once the return is accepted, you will receive a refund via your original payment method (excluding shipping costs). 

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@billieandbobbie.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
